When can I book my fall porch setup?
We begin accepting reservations for our fall porch designs on August 15. Availability is limited, and we recommend booking early to secure your spot for the season.
When will my porch be decorated?
Our installations start on September 22, perfectly timed to welcome the first day of fall. To ensure we provide the freshest, highest-quality pumpkins and greenery, we offer delivery windows rather than specific dates. You’ll receive a notification ahead of your scheduled window so you can prepare for your seasonal transformation.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not at all. We offer contactless delivery and installation, so you do not need to be home during your scheduled delivery window. Simply ensure your porch area is clear, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How should I care for my setup after installation?
We carefully select all pumpkins to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. While your setup requires no work on your end, here are a few simple ways to help preserve the beauty of your porch display:
Avoid watering near the display: If you have plants or planters nearby, try not to water directly over or around the pumpkins.
Gently rinse: A light wash with diluted white vinegar can reduce mold and bacteria.
Provide cover during extreme weather: If heavy rain, frost, or a heatwave is expected, a light tarp or temporary cover can help protect your display.
Don’t carve the pumpkins: Carving will significantly reduce their lifespan and is not recommended.
Our designs are crafted with durability in mind, but a little care can help extend the beauty of your porch well into the season.
What should I do with the pumpkins at the end of the season?
We offer an optional add-on service for end of season pumpkin clean-up and removal. When the season wraps, we’ll return to your home to thoughtfully remove and dispose of your pumpkins, making the transition effortless and mess-free. It’s a convenient, environmentally-conscious way to wrap up your fall display with ease.
If you prefer to clean up yourself, there are several sustainable options for giving your pumpkins a second life:
Compost them: Pumpkins break down easily and add rich nutrients to compost. Just remove any decorations or wax before composting.
Donate to local farms or wildlife centers: Many farms or sanctuaries accept unpainted, uncarved pumpkins as animal feed.
Use them in your garden: Chopped pumpkins can be buried directly into garden beds to enrich the soil over winter.
Avoid placing pumpkins in plastic bags or sending them to landfills when possible. A mindful goodbye helps keep fall beautiful!
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Due to the seasonal nature of our materials and the limited number of bookings we accept, all sales are final. We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once a booking is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small, seasonal business!
